Program Achievements

• Founded Rush Philanthropic Arts Foundation in 1995 to provide disadvantaged urban youth with significant exposure and access tothe arts, while providing exhibition opportunities to under-represented artists and artists of color.
• Since 2001 Hip-Hop Summit Action Network has been dedicated to harnessing the cultural relevance of hip-hop music to serve as a catalyst for education advocacy and other societal concerns fundamental to the empowerment of youth.
• Established Diamond Empowerment Fund in 2007 as an international organization to raise money to support education initiatives that develop and empower economically disadvantaged people in African nations where diamonds are a natural resource.
